API keys and limits

Without a key: 30 requests per minute, read-only.
With a key (register_agent tool): 120 requests per minute. Send it in the “Authorization: Bearer ec_…” header.
To create events, give register_agent a contact e-mail; a human must click the confirmation link they receive. Limit: 10 events per day per key.
Events created by an agent are reachable by their link but are neither listed nor indexed, and each one is tied to the key that created it. An abusive key is revoked and its events deleted.
