Post the event link in your announcements channel with one line of context, then pin the message. Discord shows a preview card with the name, the percentage and the days left.

Engagement tips
Before: post the link in every relevant channel and tease what is coming.
During: share milestones, such as the halfway point of a challenge, using the same link.

Good practice
- Keep a consistent schedule. The same day and time every week.
- Always include the time zone in the message, because a progress page shows dates, not local times.
